Wednesday nights 7:00-8:15 pm at the Aldgate Oval Hall. 16 Churinga Rd. Aldgate. This class is designed to unwind tension in the body by stretching, while also building in some basic strength components. Its not all easy, and it's not all hard.

Yoga Flow

This class is about moving rhythmically with your breath. You will go through sun salutations with a dynamic pose sequence woven throughout practice. It gets you out of your thinking headspace and into your body awareness. Move from the inside out and develop strength, flexibility, and a sense of calmness.
