Power Hour Yoga

This class is about moving dynamically with your breath. You will go through sun salutations with a broad range of poses woven throughout the practice. It gets you out of your thinking headspace and into your body awareness. Move from the inside out and develop strength, flexibility, balance, core work, and a sense of calmness.
